"The apartment was on the sea front within easy walking distance to the centre and supermarket. Superb bistro 5 minutes' away, Magnan. Tram 2 around the corner. The balcony was lovely and beach chairs were provided plus sun loungers. Overall the apartment was comfortable, quiet and light with plenty of kitchen ware."

"Collecting and depositing the keys was difficult. We had a wonderful taxi driver otherwise it would have taken ages by tram and a 10 minute walk from the tram stop. We arrived at 8.30 pm. Depositing the keys on the Sunday we used the tram and dragging cases through the streets to the offices was not easy! There is a keypad on the gate of the property and had this been used with a key box fitted in the courtyard inside the gate this would have made a world of difference. The floors in the bathroom were not particularly clean and the plungers in the bathroom sinks didn't work. It really was a pity the key situation was so difficult and rather unprofessional not to be greeted by a representative."

"The apartment is new, everything inside is very nice and nicely decorated and it is fully equipped. It has a nice vibe as well. The building is really good as well. It had hair dryer and iron for clothes which is awesome."

"From the beginning of the booking it was not described in the description area that a security deposit has to be paid via a third party website (swifty). This is only referred to in the final section of payment area that a security deposit will be required. After booking and paying for thr apartment i got a message from the owner that a Security Deposit of 500 € via Swifty will be necessary to be done until 1 day before arrival. This is done via a different link and not directly through booking. I was really concerned and i have tried discussing about with the owner but not really responsive when i have been asking whether this is a charge or a hold on the money they wouldn’t reply for days. I contacted booking and they made me sure that if eveything happens with the security deposit that they will take care of it which made me feel better. The after booking treatment for the security deposit questions that i had to the owner got me so anxious and i really felt bad! The situation however finished in a good way, the last day when i used swifly to do the security deposit i was not charged it was just to put your card in case something happens and this would have been so easy and peaceful if it was properly explained by the owner. I really liked my stay in the apartment and wouldn’t want the apartment to have negative comments but the response of the owner and how the security deposit topic is handled I really consider that it should be approved."

"La propreté, les stores (pour dormir dans le noir), le confort du matelas et du canapé, bouilloire, grille pain très propre. Et la proximité de l’avenue jean medecin."

"Impossible de faire fonctionner le micro onde (ça ne chauffait pas) mais c’est un détail et le manque de pression de l’eau (pour se laver les cheveux ça devient complexe) mais ça je pense que c’est le réseau d’eau qui est comme ça."
